Eddy Kenzo and MC Kats

From the likes of Douglas Lwanga, Lucky Mbabazi, Ykee Benda, B2C Entertainment, John Blaq, among others, Ugandan celebrities have united to stand with MC Kats and seek the much needed help to get him back on track.

MC Kats, real name Edwin Katamba, is one of the most celebrated Uganda emcees who has been raising the Ugandan flag for close to two decades. The music and talent manager’s health is however not at it’s best currently.

Basing on videos that have been making rounds allover social media, Kats officially revealed to the public how he has been living with HIV/AIDS and how he has even pondered death on several occasions.

More videos keep surfacing of him attempting suicide while in London in November. Several close friends have also come out to reveal what a wreck a of life he has been living until he decided to go public about his HIV status.

Amidst all that, social media hasn’t helped the situation as critics and his supposed haters keep piling the pressure while spreading these videos and noting how he is the cause of his own problems.

Despite the heartless few, a couple of his fans, sympathizers and celebrities have arose to show him love and care, and advocate for the rest to go easy on the man who revealed how he has even asked God to take his life several times.
