Police have revealed that the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) is still stuck with Brian Kirumira alias Bryan White’s defilement case after the alleged victims refused to make compelling statements.

The CID came out on Bryan White’s case following the Parliamentary Human Rights report ordering for the arrest and prosecution of the city socialite on charges of sexual harassment and defilement.

The Parliamentary Human Rights Committee ordered for the arrest of Bryan White with immediate effect on Thursday 6th May, 2021 after he was found guilty of sexually harassing and exploiting a number of his female employees at his Bryan White Foundation.

Following a parliamentary human rights report; recommending the arrest and prosecution of the embattled socialite, police have revealed that CID has failed to proceed with the case after the alleged victims refused to make compelling statements.

The Committee reports that Bryan White sexually abused and violated the human rights of his female employees Ms. Leticia Nabulime who was 17-years-old then, Ms. Stella Nandawula, Ms. Vivian Mutanda, and other women.

The Committee’s report on the allegations of sexual abuse and violation of human rights by Bryan White points out a new wave of sexual molestation of girls under the guise of employment.
