Just a few hours after signing a new partnership with Warner Music Group, Diamond Platnumz has trashed Forbes Africa’s list of the richest Africa musicians.

About two weeks ago, a list reportedly from Forbes Africa released a list of names of the Top Richest African Musicians.

The 2021 list comprised of artistes like Bobi Wine, Youssou N’dor, Akon, Black Coffee, Don Jazzy, Wizkid, Rudeboy, Davido, Burnaboy, Timaya, Akothee, among others.

The Bongo Flava star and WCB CEO Diamond Platnumz was ranked at number 20 with just $5 million dollars to his name.

Diamond’s ranking on the list shocked several of his fans and followers who have always thought that he is worth more than that basing on his musical and commercial success.

It also seems to have left a sour taste in the singer’s mouth and he had no kind words in response to the list that has been making rounds especially on social media.

Through social media, Diamond Platnumz told Forbes to go and make lisaachi before mentioning his name on their “stupid list” of the Richest African Musicians.

Forbes, next time google me to know what am really worth of before putting me on your stupid Richest African Musicians list!
