Ugandan singers Ganjja Nana and South Africa-based MC Norman Ganja mourn the death of their mother Rosette Nabirye who died on 5th June 2021.

Ganjja Nana and MC Norman are brothers both born in a musical family of Afrigo Band legend Eddy Ganja and Rosette Nabirye.

Ganjja Nana’s career has been slowly picking momentum for the past years in the local music industry with songs like Gwe Aliko, Mbikoye, Njakugazina, So Beautiful (feat. King Saha), among others.

MC Norman Ganja is a Ragga, Dancehall, and Reggae Ugandan singer based in South Africa with songs like Mporo Mporo (feat. Siziwe Ngema), Tonight (feat. Pallaso), Mulongo, Perfect Remedy (feat. Peter Miles) among others.

His intense support and affiliation to leading opposition group People Power and NUP have also made him known to many local Ugandans in the last two years.

Through social media, the gutted MC Norman announced the sudden death of their mother Rosette Nabirye on Saturday 5th June, 2021.

Fans, friends, and followers of the singers have already started pouring in their condolence to the family of the deceased as burial arrangements get underway.

The deceased Nabasirye Rosette has been married to Eddy Ganja, an Afrigo Band veteran member and father to Mc Norman Ganja, Ganjja Nana, and SA-based movie actor Phillip Ganja.
