While appearing on Urban TV’s RushHourTusimbude show hosted by Miles Rwamiti, the singer-turned-politician explained why he did not support Bobi Wine in the January 14th presidential elections.

Kato Lubwama stated that he feared to risk his profession as an artiste.

He says that he weighed his options on risking being banned from performing and as well being ejected from parliament and decided not to rally behind Bobi.

I never supported Bobi Wine because I never wanted to take a risk on my profession as an artist.

Now I was ejected from Parliament, how else can I survive if I’m banned from performing?
