Spice Diana claimed her crown as the most followed female artist in Uganda on Instagram but it left a few fans questioning her direction musically.
Having joined Instagram on 7th February 2015, it has taken Spice Diana 6 years to hit 1.1 million followers on the app.
The Source Management songstress leaves her immediate nemesis Sheebah Karungi at 1 million followers on her IG account which was opened on 27th September 2013.
For that, Spice was left overjoyed on Wednesday 30th June, 2021 after realising that she is the most followed active female singer in Uganda.
The Body singer ran to her other social media platforms to celebrate her win with her fans but it seems to have angered a few others.
“Being at the top is a process by process. That takes a lot of hard work, time, patience, sleepless days and nights, risks, criticism, consistency, discipline, love above all doing you. BUT all in all REMEMBER you can be anything in this world,” Spice wrote on Facebook.
She added, “Just a few years ago it was just a dream and see where we are now #spicegadgets thank you so much. Looking forward to so many great achievements together forever, walking this journey has been the most amazing experience of my life.”

As expected the comment section had divergent opinion on her statements with a few fans questioning her motive.
Others advised her to have a better vision to help her music career than just competing for followers with her nemesis Sheebah Karungi.
A one Nze Fish also asked her to stop buying followers from renown social media manager Scorpion.
Spice Diana and Sheebah Karungi are said to be at loggerheads in a battle for social media supremacy that has involved their respective fans.
Well, Spice can deservedly claim her Instagram crown now as we wait to see who will crowned the music queen at the end of the year.
