For the first time, the Nyege Nyege Festival will have the “Nyegeville” – a city where revellers will be given special treatment from 15th to 18 September 2022.
Nyegeville will be a city within a festival where revellers will be treated to 5-star camping and glamping facilities.
Small lodges overlooking the Nile, experiential camping that will include everything from hot showers to morning yoga classes, safe lockers and a private beach will be made available in the Nyegeville according to the organizers.
“Nyegeville will bring a top-class accommodation experience at the festival letting revellers have the best of their time,” Nyege Nyege confirmed.
The anticipated Nyege Nyege festival will be returning after almost three years of no activity following the outbreak of Coronavirus that led to the temporary ban on events and public gatherings in Uganda.
Over 300 artists doing different genres from across the African continent have been confirmed on the performers’ lineup.
With the venue changed from Nile Discovery Beach, Njeru to Itanda Falls, Jinja, revellers are buzzing for a new experience which Talent Africa boss Aly Allibhai describes as, “very special and unforgettable.”
