The first ever African Music Industry awards will grace Kampala next month and Stella Reever Nsereko Nantumbwe a.k.a Ellah will host the awards. The award ceremony is set to be held at Kampala Serena Hotel and our very own Stella Nantumbwe commonly known as Ellah has grabbed the privilege of hosting the awards.

The former Big Brother Africa housemate will be in company of Award winning Ghanian rapper Sarkodie who is also on the list of performers to grace the AMI Awards ceremony.

The AMI Awards are multi-cultural awards with a purpose of honoring African creative artists, and their major mission is to bridge the gap between African cultures and the world. Proceeds from the event are intended to be given back to the various communities around Africa.
