Since breaking out onto the music scene ten years ago, Eddy Kenzo has been one of the most successful Ugandan artistes with major hits and awards. We take a look at some of his major achievements.
Ahead of Edrisa Musuuza a.k.a Eddy Kenzo’s 10 year anniversary celebrations, we tried to look at some of the things the Big Talent Entertainment CEO’s major achievements.
Eddy Kenzo’s first song, a collaboration with Mikie Wine titled Yanimba released in 2008, was a banger which exposed him to the world and since then, he has never looked back.
Along the way he has won numerous awards including being the BET award and Nickelodeon Kids choice award, the first East African to achieve that.
His song Sitya Loss garnered him international recognition, a global hit song that broke the Ugandan YouTube viewership record. It also made Kenzo known worldwide with global celebrities sharing his content.
He has performed at various big stages allover the world, filling stadiums in foreign lands as well as being hosted on the major television shows.
