Not much has been heard of Papa Cidy in recent months and some thought he had given up on music. We have some good news for his fans as he jumps on a new song titled ‘Cheri’ with Weasel.
Leone Island Music Empire singer Papa Cidy, real name Hamidu Sekyeru, has been doing music for several years and he gave us some real vibes in his past songs like Meeme Katale, Tolina Kisa, Joselina, Nishike Mukononi (feat. Jose Chameleone), among others.
Weasel on the other hand needs lesser introduction as the remaining half of the Goodlyfe duo; Radio and Weasel. His music career is still active despite the death of Mowzey Radio in February 2018.
The two link up on ‘Cheri’, a love song on which they compliment each other’s diverse music styles. Listen to it here first:
